Downstairs:

Entrance.

Fully fitted cream country kitchen, with gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. The kitchen is very well equipped with cutlery, utensils, crockery, glasses and pans. The kitchen has a dining area with family sized table and chairs.

Also downstairs is a cosy sitting room with living flame fire. Neutral decor, three piece cream suite and Sky Satellite TV, DVD player. 

Leading off the kitchen and sitting room is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Hanging area for coats etc.

Upstairs :

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with 5 ft brass bed. Country furniture throughout. Great views across the the Menai Strait to the mountains of Snowdonia.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedded room. Fitted wardrobe. Same views as the master bedroom.

Bedroom 3: Small double room. Views over the garden.

Modern bathroom with WC, basin, bath with shower facility. Wooden flooring.

The cottage has full gas central heating and all electricity and gas is included in the cost. Fitted carpets throughout.

Pillows and duvets are provided.

Visitors are asked to bring their own duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases and bath towels. Hand towels, tea towels. kitchen roll, toilet rolls, dish cloths, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products are provided.

Outside there is a gravelled area and a patio area with table, chairs and umbrella. A barbecue is also provided. There is a large private area laid to lawn for your use and ample parking space is available at the side of the property.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes is not allowed in any part of the property.

Booking Your Accommodation:

Please check the Castaways Availability, which is kept up to date.

Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on day of departure. This is to allow sufficient time for our cleaners to prepare the accommodation properly between lets. Shorter breaks available out of season at £125/night based on a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Booking: A provisional booking may be made by telephone, on-line or by e-mail but must be confirmed within 7 days.

Payment: A deposit of £50 is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 3 weeks before the date of arrival.
